We ship our backpacks, luggage, and accessories worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50.00 (Otherwise, a flat rate of $4.99 applies).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 15 business days depending on your destination country (e.g., United States, Canada, Europe, Australia).
Please note: Estimated delivery times are guidelines and cannot be 100% guaranteed due to potential customs clearance delays or extreme weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or via international tracking platforms.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
lizarded.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
